Finish Plumbing - Day 1 - Excuses, excuses

The lame excuses continue, over 5 months into the project...

I don't know what time they arrived, but the plumbers didn't get much done today.  They got two sink faucets, the rain head and the toilet installed.  The water heater wasn't installed, the gas lines weren't connected and the furnace gas line wasn't connected.

I got a text at 3PM saying that "they were shorted the most important valve".  If they had really planned on finishing the job, they should have known well before 3PM that they didn't have all of the pieces they needed, especially since we have supposedly been waiting on these pieces for a week now.

The GC was going to go and find out about the missing piece.  4 hours later I hadn't heard from him so I texted him back.  They are supposed to get it by 10 tomorrow so they should be able to finish tomorrow (along with the water heater).

However, the shower door isn't going to be installed until next Wednesday or Thursday!!!???

The guy came out to measure the shower door like a month ago, but the GC just placed the order the end of last week.  Time management and planning are absolutely horrendous.  It is mind boggling that a 500SF addition is going to actually take about 6 months to finish.  Next Wednesday marks the 5 and a half month mark since they dug the basement.

The one thing that was actually specified in the contract, the toilet, doesn't match what was in the contract.  Got to love it!

Anyhow, below are some of the photos of what was / wasn't done:
