Patio Prep Continues

The patio pour was supposed to be Tuesday, then it was supposed to be tomorrow, now we aren't sure.  They continued prepping the patio for the pour, but didn't finish.  They added flashing on top of the flashing that was installed incorrectly.

They framed the last window and framed the bench in the shower and the shower floor so that it can be fiberglassed.

They tamped and pitched half of the patio, but didn't finish.  The patio pour was scheduled for 8AM tomorrow, so I don't understand why it wasn't imperative that they finish prepping today.

They moved the condensing unit back into the addition since it almost floated away with the rain on Sunday / Monday.

Fingers crossed that it gets poured tomorrow, but we aren't optimistic.  With the significant rain coming, who knows when it will actually happen.

Plumbing inspection was canceled yesterday because the fiberglass in the shower wasn't done yet.

Electrical and plumbing inspections are supposedly scheduled for next Wednesday now.

Getting very frustrated with the minimal progress being made here as weeks continue to go by.
