Well, we are almost done with the roof. Still two ridge vents to finish but it should be ok.
Retaining wall is finished except for the cap!
The contractor is proposing adding a new AC unit for the new space. While I agree this is probably more efficient, part of the reason we wanted a new unit for the entire house was so that we could upgrade every major component at the same time.
We need to think about it but need more information as well to make a decision.
HVAC install starts Monday!
Our towel warmer arrived today!
